How does the warranty

All products sold by UniPrice are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and 24 month warranty for defects of conformity.
The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation included in the packaging of the product. If, as a result of intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by authorized, as well as transportation costs, if supported by UniPrice.


Warranty 24 Months

The 24-month warranty applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase order form without indicating a VAT number). Delays

No damage can be obtained from UniPrice for any delays in repairs or replacements.


Return

In cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...). In the case of motherboards, the product must be returned to the processor socket protective cover (if any purchase) and the pins in the processor socket (if any) intact. Applicable Law

The sales contract between the customer and UniPrice is concluded in the United Kingdom and governed by English law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, the territorial competence is exclusively English.


Service and Warranty provided directly by UniPrice

In cases where the support is not available from the factory or not enabled on the client's choice, you must fill out the request form.

You will receive an email communicating the RMA number with all the instructions for packing and shipping.
The product must be returned to the address that will be communicated
The product will be repaired or, in the case where repair is not possible, substituted by one same, equivalent or higher.

The customer must send the goods by following the instructions in the mail with which it has been informed of the return authorization number.

not including packaging, accessories and manuals.

If the product is tampered with or the labels that identify the Serial or Part Number found to be removed or tampered with, UniPrice reserves to accept the validity of the warranty.

Conventionally, the customer is not entitled to damages or compensation as well as' any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property.

In case of changes to these Terms of Guarantee, UniPrice apply the conditions set forth on the Product Warranty in effect at the time of purchase by the customer.


The product is original and guaranteed for 2 years as consumer code.
